On March 1, 2025, changes in the legislation on public procurement came into force
Since that date, Federal Law No. 500-FZ of 12/28/2024 came into force, which amended the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation No. 195-FZ of 12/30/2001, affecting the procurement of goods, works and services.
A number of articles of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation regulating administrative liability in the field of public procurement have become invalid: 7.29–7.30, 7.31–7.32, 7.32.3–7.32.5, 19.7.2-1. Instead, new articles 7.30.1, 7.30.2, and 7.30.4 have been introduced, establishing administrative responsibility.
The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, in an effort to increase the efficiency of procurement and provide methodological support to customers, has developed a memo on amendments to the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation from March 1, 2025 regarding violations of legislation in the field of procurement.
