The EIC will update the format of the invoice and the acceptance document

Starting from March 29, 2025, the Unified Information System (UIS) will switch to a new format of an invoice and an acceptance document in electronic form. The changes were approved by the order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia dated 12/19/2023 № ED-7-26/970@.

The current functionality of the system is presented in the latest version of the TFF Album, posted on the official website of GIS AIS Procurement, as noted on the official website of the Unified Information System in the field of procurement.
