FAS Russia held a quarterly meeting with participants of the public procurement system
Employees of the territorial bodies of the service and authorized regional authorities received answers to questions of administrative responsibility, descriptions of the object of procurement and the commission's procedure for verifying the accuracy of the information provided.
The meeting also raised issues of the application of the national regime for procurement for state and municipal needs and the procedure for determining the initial maximum contract price, the initial contract price, and the contract price for fuel purchases from a single supplier.
