In 2024, the digitalization of all stages of the procurement process continued, from placement to contract execution and control. This was announced during the board meeting in the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2024.
"Since last year, customers have been required to form a digital contract based on the results of competitive procurement. Its advantages are obvious. For customers– this means eliminating errors when concluding a contract with subsequent automated control, including financial control. For suppliers, the reliability of the contract terms and reducing the likelihood of possible disagreements. And for the state, transparency of procurement, a significant reduction in corruption risks," said Marat Ziatdinov, head of the department.
Tatarstan became the first region whose customers signed digital contracts with a single supplier. The Tatar State Academic Theater named after G.Kamal, the Tatar Academic State Opera and Ballet Theater named after M.Jalil, the institution "Road Safety", the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in the pilot project.
