According to the service, the notification of the purchase of residential premises should include a requirement for the composition of the application in terms of providing an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
At the same time, the participant should not be required to be the owner of the residential premises. This limits competition, as intermediaries who represent the interests of the owners can participate in such purchases.
