During 2024, regional and municipal customers of the Republic of Tatarstan signed contracts worth 188.7 billion rubles through a single information system. Budget savings amounted to 4.6 billion rubles. The percentage is 3.41%.
The largest contract in the amount of 7.7 billion rubles was signed on August 30, 2024 for the construction of roads. The largest notification — 7.7 billion — for the 1st stage of reconstruction of the airfield, air terminal infrastructure, as well as the apron of the Kazan International Airport named after Gabdulla Tukai. The customer is the Main Directorate for the Maintenance and Development of the Road Transport Complex of Tatarstan under the Ministry of Transport and Road Management of the Republic.
"The public procurement system is a powerful lever of state influence on the economy. With its help, effective budget spending and competition are carried out, and transparency is ensured. We often evaluate the effectiveness of purchases based on the amount of savings resulting from bidding. But here the question arises about the correctness of the formation of the initial contract price. Therefore, next year, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, within the framework of its powers, will continue to work with customers on their methodological support in this matter," commented Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Recall that by the end of 2023, budget savings in the republic were estimated at 4.5 billion rubles.
