The State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on Procurement - in the Union of Purchasers of Russia
Another meeting of the Council of Regions of the Union of Purchasers of Russia was held in Moscow in person and in absentia. The meeting was opened by Pavel Tikhomirov, General Director of the Union of Purchasers of Russia.
The event brought together members of the council – heads of regional authorized bodies in the field of procurement from more than 20 regions of the Russian Federation on a single platform.
"In September 2023, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan joined the Union of Purchasers of Russia. The members of the Union receive wide opportunities to influence the legislative process in the field of procurement, receive benefits and preferences from the union's partners, support in solving professional tasks, expand business ties, participate
in events and projects of the Union," commented Iskander Bagautdinov, Deputy Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
At the meeting, the practices of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Voronezh Region and the Republic of Sakha Yakutia were presented to the members of the expert council. A systematic analysis of regulatory methods and best regional practices will allow us to develop the principles necessary for the formation of a national procurement system capable of adapting to challenges and responding promptly to external changes.
