The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan plans to hold more than 100 events and 10 exhibitions in Russia and abroad. This is evidenced by the information posted by the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on the website of the unified information system.
Event management services should be provided by August 2025. 30 million rubles will be allocated from the republic's budget for these purposes. The events will be held both in Russia and in the countries of the near and far abroad.
In total, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan plans to organize:
10 exhibitions for a period of at least two days
3 events for 301-500 people for a period of at least three days
10 events for 101-300 people for a period of at least three days
20 events for 51-100 people for a period of at least two days
30 events for 21-50 people for a period of at least two days
40 events for 2-20 people for a period of at least two days
The contractor will have to develop a program of events in accordance with their subject matter, provide technical equipment and advertising, arrange accommodation, meals and excursions for guests.
Applications for participation in the electronic auction are accepted until November 20, 2024.
