Candidates for the Youth Government of the Republic of Tatarstan propose to introduce artificial intelligence in the civil service and popularize mass sports
Candidates for the Youth Government of Tatarstan were interviewed by the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan. Kirill Uvarov and Kirill Kuvshinov today presented their projects to the state committee commission headed by Chairman Marat Ziatdinov. A competition is being held in Tatarstan to form a new composition of the Youth Government. The applicants have already passed the competitive selection and are now defending their projects in front of relevant departments.
Kirill Uvarov, 26, from Almetyevsk, works for Khimservice LLC and is the youth leader of the company. At the interview, he presented a project to optimize and digitalize the activities of the procurement committee by introducing artificial intelligence into government structures. As the candidate for the Youth Government explained, the use of AI services will help automate procurement processes, accelerate risk identification, simplify the collection and analysis of proposals.
"In February of this year, according to a presidential decree, the federal Artificial Intelligence project was included in the national project on the formation of a data economy and extended its validity until 2030. Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing the face of various industries today, and its introduction into regional government services is essential," Kirill Uvarov stressed.
Kirill Kuvshinov, a student of the Volga Region State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism, spoke about plans to popularize mass sports among Tatarstan residents. He noted the importance of the development of sports infrastructure, which contributes to the improvement of physical condition and the formation of discipline among the residents of the republic. Kirill already has experience in conducting student competitions, is a participant in a student startup.
"Working with young people is one of the main priorities of our country's development. The Youth Government of Tatarstan has very active and proactive people who are ready to serve for the benefit of our republic and its residents. We hope that your proposals and initiatives will serve as an additional impetus. You feel better about what young people need. I am sure you have a desire to create and work for the benefit of your native republic," the Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan addressed the candidates.
Concluding the meeting, Marat Ziatdinov wished the young people success in passing the stages of the competition.
Recall that the Youth Government of the Republic of Tatarstan is a permanent consultative and advisory body under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, established on December 28, 2016 and functioning on a voluntary basis. The purpose of the Youth Government is to create conditions for the involvement of citizens aged 18 to 35 years, permanently residing in the territory of Tatarstan, in the socio-economic and cultural life of society.
