Iskander Bagautdinov, Deputy Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Niyaz Gazeev, General Director of the Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, are taking part in the Interregional Conference "Astrakhan Province – State Order!" from August 13 to 16, which is being held in the Astrakhan Region for the sixth time. Representatives of federal authorities, authorized bodies, authorized institutions of the regions of the Russian Federation, Sberbank-AST JSC, members of the ROST Association and leading experts in the field of contractual relations came to share their experience and discuss new changes in legislation.
The plenary part of the conference took place today, during which participants discussed the practice of implementing the Federal Law on the Contract System in the field of procurement of goods for state and municipal needs, issues of concluding an electronic contract, features of the national regime in public procurement, analyzed current judicial practices, typical violations of procurement participants. Communication with experts and customers of various levels and regions is also included in the conference program.
"The topic of public procurement is becoming more and more important every year. We are certainly interested in improving the system in order to achieve openness and transparency, maintain healthy competition and, of course, increase the efficiency of using budget funds. The Astrakhan Conference has established itself as a platform for discussing best regional practices. Effective methods are used here to simplify the procurement system," Iskander Bagautdinov commented.
In the following days of the conference, it is planned to discuss issues related to procurement in the implementation of national projects aimed at infrastructure development, modernization of primary health care, measures for the construction and repair of children's and educational institutions, import substitution, as well as issues of law enforcement practice and control activities.
