The provisions of Law No. 44-FZ on purchases from a single supplier of medical devices, consumables and technical rehabilitation equipment are terminated
According to Part 3 of Article 22 of Federal Law No. 46-FZ dated 08.08.2022, on March 8, 2024, the grounds for purchasing from a single supplier provided for in clauses 5.1, 5.2, and 28.1 of Part 1 of Article 93 of Law No. 44-FZ expire.
Recall that on March 8, 2022, Part 1 of Article 93 of Law No. 44-FZ was supplemented with the specified paragraphs, according to which the purchase from a single supplier can be carried out, including in the following cases:
- purchases in electronic form of medical devices and consumables produced by the only manufacturer in the territory of the Russian Federation or territories of foreign states that have not imposed restrictive measures against the Russian Federation;
- purchases by the SFR in electronic form of technical rehabilitation equipment and services produced (rendered) on the territory of the Russian Federation or produced on the territories of foreign states that have not imposed restrictive measures against the Russian Federation);
- conclusion of a contract for the supply of medicines or medical products that have no Russian analogues and whose production is carried out by a single manufacturer originating from a foreign state that has not imposed restrictive measures against the Russian Federation, with a supplier of such medicines or medical products included in a special register.
