Since February 9, new formats of electronic documents of the UPD and invoices have been in effect. The forms were approved by Order of the Federal Tax Service dated 12/19/2023 No. ED-7-26/970@.
The agency published an order approving new electronic forms of documents for the delivery and acceptance of labor and settlements between government customers and suppliers.
Government customers and suppliers should use new formats of electronic documents:
invoices;
a universal transfer document including an invoice;
a universal transfer act.
The order of the Federal Tax Service dated 12/19/2018 No. MMV-7-15/820@ with the old forms was declared invalid. At the same time, the right to use the old formats along with the new ones was extended until April 1, 2025.
