Standard terms of government contracts in the field of treatment of neglected animals: a project of the Ministry of Natural Resources

When purchasing works on the organization of measures for the treatment of neglected animals, for their capture, it was proposed to apply standard contract terms. They want to consolidate the provisions on the obligations of the parties.

Also, when purchasing such works, it is planned to establish additional requirements for participants on the availability of resources for fulfilling obligations, for example, transport for transporting animals.

The project provided for an exception when innovations do not need to be applied.

The public discussion of the project will be completed on December 29.
