A ban on public procurement of a number of artificial lung ventilation devices of foreign manufacture has been established

Appendix to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 616 dated 30.04.2020 "On the establishment of a ban on the admission of industrial goods Originating from Foreign States for the purposes of Procurement for State and Municipal Needs, as well as industrial goods Originating from foreign States, works (services) performed (rendered) by foreign persons for the purposes of procurement for the needs of national defense and state security" is supplemented by a new position 148, which includes artificial lung ventilation devices, corresponding to the codes of types of medical devices 232870, 232890 (codes OKPD2 32.50.21.121 - 32.50.21.123). At the same time, according to the new version of the footnote to the specified appendix, customers, when applying the appropriate list in relation to the goods specified in item 148, should be guided by both the OKPD 2 code and the type code of the medical device.

In addition, corresponding changes were made to paragraphs 151 and 152 of the list approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 07.10.2019 No. 878 "On Measures to stimulate the production of radio-electronic products in the Territory of the Russian Federation when Purchasing goods, works, services to meet state and municipal needs, on Amendments to the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated September 16, 2016 G. No. 925 and invalidation of certain acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" and position 100 of the annex to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 03.12.2020 N 2014 "On the minimum mandatory share of purchases of Russian goods and its achievement by the customer".

These changes will come into force on December 23 of this year.
