The list of customers under Federal Law No. 223, whose draft procurement plans are evaluated for compliance with the legislation, has changed
The list of specific customers has been adjusted, whose draft plans for the purchase of goods, works, services (including innovative and high-tech products, medicines) are subject to assessment of compliance with the requirements of legislation providing for the participation of small and medium-sized businesses in procurement, approved by order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 06.11.2015 N 2258-р in accordance with subparagraph "b" paragraph 2 of Part 8.2 of Article 3 of Federal Law No. 223.
The new version of the specified list is valid from January 1, 2024.
Recall that the evaluation of the planning documents of the customers named in the specified list is carried out by the joint-stock company "Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises".
