Which contracts confirm the experience of executing contracts in order to evaluate applications in accordance with Resolution No. 2604?
As noted in the letter prepared by specialists of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, in the case of application of the evaluation indicator provided for in subparagraph "b" of paragraph 24 of the Regulation approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 12/31/2021 N 2604, any civil contracts executed by the procurement participant, taking into account succession, including those concluded and executed in accordance with Federal Law, are accepted for evaluation N 44.
At the same time, the Regulation provides for the possibility of accepting for evaluation, including long-term contracts (contracts), the execution of which has been successfully completed in the last 5 years before the deadline for submitting applications. At the same time, the procurement commission independently decides whether the application meets the evaluation criteria.
