Until the end of 2023, state universities and research organizations can conduct an electronic request for quotations without restrictions on price and volume for the purchase of goods, works and services with codes according to the all-Russian classifier of products by type of economic activity:
20 - chemicals and products;
26 - computer, electronic and optical equipment;
27 - electrical equipment;
61 - telecommunication services;
62 - software products and services for software development, consulting and similar services in the field of information technology;
63 - services in the field of information technology;
72 - services and work related to scientific research and experimental development.
