Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service: in case of joint public procurement, additional requirements are set taking into account the total initial maximum price of the contract
Customers made a joint purchase. It was planned to conclude two contracts for the maintenance of roads. Since the initial maximum price of the contract for each of them was below 5 million rubles, no additional requirements were set.
Controllers found a violation. In regional and municipal procurement of works for the repair and (or) maintenance of roads, additional requirements are needed if the initial maximum contract price is more than 5 million rubles. Since the total purchase price exceeded this value, they should have been installed.
Similar conclusions were reached, in particular, by the Vladimir Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service.
