Since January 4, a list of industrial goods has been in force, with state purchases of which an advance payment of at least 80% is established
The government approved a list of machine tool products, the purchase of which the recipients of federal budget funds fix in contracts an advance payment in the amount of at least 80% of their amount, but not more than the limit of budget obligations.
Among other things, the list included such goods with the code of the all-Russian classifier of products by type of economic activity:
- 25.73.30 - other hand tools;
- 27.90.31.110 - electrical machines and equipment for soft and hard soldering and welding;
- 28.41.2 - metal-cutting lathes, boring and milling machines;
- 28.49.1 Machine tools for working stone, wood and similar hard materials.
Such an advance is subject to a number of conditions. One of them is that for goods from the list, a ban on admission was applied.
The changes will take effect on January 4th.
