The procedure for maintaining a list of the only suppliers of military products related to the field of activity of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has been established
The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, in accordance with subparagraph "e" of paragraph 4 of the annex to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of September 10, 2005 No. 1062 "Issues of military-technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states", approved the Procedure for the formation and maintenance of a list of sole suppliers of military products appointment from among organizations - developers and manufacturers of military products related to the scope of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia (hereinafter - the Procedure).
According to the document, the list of sole suppliers of military products includes the following information:
- about organizations that meet the requirements established by the Procedure, included in the consolidated register of organizations of the military-industrial complex, which are the only developers and manufacturers of military products that have no Russian analogues;
- about Russian military products allowed for transfer to foreign customers, as well as works and services that are performed and provided by the only suppliers.
Inclusion in the list is carried out upon a written application of the relevant organization, which must comply with the mandatory requirements established by the Procedure. The basis for including the applicant organization in the list is the order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.
The formation and maintenance of the list of sole suppliers of military products is carried out by the Department of the Defense Industrial Complex of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia on paper and electronic media.
The order came into force on December 5 of the current year.
