They want to include information on punishment for anti-competitive agreements in the public procurement notice

On November 15, in the second reading, the draft was adopted, including the expansion of the list of information for the procurement notice.

It was proposed to add a warning about administrative and criminal penalties for violating the requirements of the antimonopoly law on the prohibition of anticompetitive actions and agreements (clause 1 of article 2 of the draft).

It is planned that the innovations will start working from January 1, 2024 (clause 2 of article 3 of the draft).
