Approved the form of the program for the "growing" of competent suppliers in accordance with Federal Law N 223
On November 12, amendments came into force on the introduction of a mechanism for the "growing" of suppliers, contractors, performers from among small and medium-sized businesses for their potential participation in procurement under Law N 223. Customers, with the participation of the small and medium-sized business development corporation, will be able to approve programs for this.
The government has determined the form of such a program. Among other things, it should indicate the procedure for selecting participants. The requirements for such a selection procedure were also fixed. So, it should indicate how participants will send an application and supporting documents, as well as appeal the results of the selection.
