The Ministry of Finance explained the nuances of determining the volume of public procurement from small businesses and socially oriented non-profit organization
The agency clarified: although a number of customers in 2022 and 2023 exclude contracts for the purchase of medicines and medical devices from the total annual volume of purchases, they must be taken into account in the volume of purchases from the small businesses and socially oriented non-profit organization, if such purchases were made from these entities.
Recall: from March 26, purchases of such goods are not included in the total annual volume of purchases when calculating the volume of purchases from small businesses and socially oriented non-profit organization. The amendment affected federal and regional executive authorities, their subordinate institutions or unitary enterprises, as well as municipal medical organizations.
