On October 3-4, 2022, Kaliningrad hosted the III Baltic Interregional Conference "Regulation of the Contract system in the context of modern challenges. Key changes and new rules in procurement activities – 2022".
The conference discussed the most pressing issues of law enforcement practice in the implementation of Federal Law No. 44-FZ dated April 05, 2013 "On the contract system in the procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs", including innovations in procurement activities in the field of construction, medicine.
The reports were made by representatives of federal authorities – the Ministry of Finance of Russia, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Federal Treasury, the Federal Antimonopoly Service.
The conference was attended by about 200 specialists from 30 regions of Russia, including representatives of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan and JSC "Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan".
