Regions and municipalities were allowed public procurement for mobilization without taking into account the ban on admission
Since October 11, a number of regional and municipal customers can purchase goods, works, services, including for mobilization. The goods will not be subject to a ban on admission.
Thus, regional executive bodies or municipalities at the expense of their budgets (except for subventions) can purchase, in particular:
dual-use goods, drones;
radio communications and electronics;
uniforms;
medicines, medical products;
building materials, vehicles, auto parts.
Purchases will be carried out according to requests from authorized bodies of the Ministry of Defense. Among them are central military administration bodies, military districts or territorial bodies, including military enlistment offices.
Goods, the result of works or services are transferred to federal ownership free of charge according to the act of acceptance and transfer. There is no need to prepare a list of documents for this.
