The supervisors reminded: it is necessary to include the project documentation in full in the notice of public procurement
The participant complained that not all sections of the project documentation were placed in the notice of the purchase of the overhaul.
The customer explained: the necessary information about the object of purchase is in the main sections of the project. They were placed as part of the notification. This is enough for the participant to form a proposal.
The controllers found a violation. According to the Law No. 44-FZ, to describe the object of purchase, the project documentation must be placed in full.
In practice, there is an example when the customer also did not place one of the sections of the project. He believed that it did not contain the necessary information for filing an application. Controllers did not support the approach.
