The construction sector shows positive dynamics. So, at the moment, the planned federal budget expenditures on construction contracts have already been implemented for 85% of state contracts.
"We see that customers and suppliers feel stable when concluding state contracts, sanctions pressure has not had a significant impact on their work, statistics on terminated contracts are also not growing. This indicates that the support measures taken are working," Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Lavrov said at a plenary session within the framework of a strategic session organized by the Ministry of Construction of Russia.
Alexey Lavrov also noted that now there is no need to adopt additional amendments to the law on public procurement, the conditions for stable work of customers and suppliers have already been created.
"Over the past 2 years, the procurement sector has been sufficiently optimized, many amendments have been adopted that are just starting to work. It seems to me that for now the system needs to stabilize, and customers and suppliers need to adapt their work to the adopted amendments," he said.
"Now there are temporary norms in 44-FZ, which were promptly adopted to support procurement participants. They work quite efficiently. In the future, we can think about fixing them on a permanent basis or modifying them to meet current realities and requests," the Deputy Finance Minister added.
