The Government of the Russian Federation has been instructed to stimulate demand for domestic solid minerals in critical sectors of the economy, including through the use of public procurement mechanisms. It is supposed to realize the set goals by organizing an order for certain types of goods, with the establishment of the share of Russian minerals in their manufacture.
