It was clarified that the antimonopoly requirements for competitive procedures are not applied to purchases from a supplier for additional reasons, in particular.
This amendment is a guarantee that customers will not be punished for violations of a number of norms of the Law on Protection of Competition.
The new rule came into force on July 14. It is applied to relationships that have arisen since March 8, 2022.
Recall that as part of anti-crisis measures, the government has already identified additional cases and the procedure for procurement in an uncompetitive way. By the end of the year, the regions have the right to do this.
