They plan to introduce a moratorium on antimonopoly requirements for some public procurement from a single supplier
They want to clarify: they will not apply, in particular, antitrust requirements to competitive procedures to purchases from a supplier for additional reasons. The project was submitted to the State Duma.
The amendment will guarantee that customers will not be punished for violations of a number of norms of the Law on Protection of Competition.
The new rule will come into force from the date of publication in the form of a federal law. It will be applied to relations that have arisen since March 8, 2022.
Recall that as part of anti-crisis measures, the government has already identified additional cases and the procedure for procurement in an uncompetitive way. By the end of the year, the regions have the right to do this.
