The Treasury told how to make changes to the electronic document on acceptance according to the Law N 44-FZ
Since the beginning of the year, when executing a contract based on the results of electronic procedures, most closed electronic procedures, acceptance documents are issued through the EIS.
Among other things, the agency explained that they can be corrected in the system. Non-essential conditions, for example, information about the address of the consignee, are changed in the acceptance document both before and after its signing.
A change in the essential conditions that affect the cost values is made out by an adjustment document. So, it is needed if:
goods, works, services were not fully accepted by the customer;
there is an additional agreement on the change of the previously activated cost, information about which is included in the register of contracts.
