Launched a new online resource for small and medium-sized businesses
The "360° Service" has been launched on the website of the SME Corporation. It allows small and medium-sized businesses to report, in particular, such facts:
* * problems arose due to antiquarian restrictions;
* during the control (supervisory) event, the inspectors violated the rights of the company or sole proprietor;
• the organization of the support infrastructure did not provide assistance;
* The MFO did not issue a micro loan;
• when purchasing goods, works or services, the customer violated the rights of the company or sole proprietor.
The number of topics for feedback is planned to increase.
The deadline for consideration of appeals was reduced to 15 working days.
The CEO of SME Corporation noted: every appeal will be checked. If necessary, relevant ministries and departments, control and supervisory authorities, and regional authorities will be involved in solving problems.
