By the end of 2025, Tatarstan's customers signed about 77,000 contracts, of which over 44,000 were with small businesses. The share of SMEs was 57%, and the total amount of such contracts exceeded 59 billion rubles. Such data was announced today by the Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Ziatdinov, at a press conference at the Tatar-inform news agency.
The Agency reviewed the appeal on the procedure for forming the object of purchase and recalled that Law No. 44-FZ does not prohibit combining several goods (works, services) in one purchase, if this does not restrict competition.

The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has placed an open tender in electronic form for the implementation of complex cadastral works of regional importance. The customer is the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of Tatarstan. The initial (maximum) contract price is 2.7 million rubles, the initial price per unit of work (cadastral quarter) is 340 thousand rubles.
