A new standard state contract for the repair of electronic and optical equipment was approved
As before, the document should be applied if the subject of the purchase belongs to the OKPD2 code 33.13. There are no restrictions on the NMCC.
In general, the document was brought into compliance with the legislation on the contract system. So, in the section on the responsibility of the parties, we took into account the norm on the calculation of penalties for delay based on the cost of the contract stage.
We also adjusted the provisions on ensuring the execution of the contract. It is necessary to determine the amount of collateral according to the new rules.
The order comes into force on August 16 to replace the current one. The new contract must be applied after 30 calendar days after its placement in the EIS. He's not there yet.
