The courts found out when the acceptance certificates without some details are suitable for public procurement with additional requirements

13 July 2021, Tuesday

The application of the state procurement participant with additional requirements was rejected. In confirmation of the experience, he presented copies of the executed contract and acts of work performed. These acts do not specify the position of the person who made the transaction, and his full name for identification.
The supervisors and the courts considered this illegal: the copy of the contract contains the title of the position of the person who made the transaction on behalf of the company, as well as his surname and initials. The acts of completed works indicate the object of purchase and the number of the submitted contract. This contract is executed flawlessly. The experience is confirmed.
A similar position is taken, in particular, by the Stavropol UFAS. It also noted that in Law No. 44-FZ there is no such reason for rejecting an application as the absence of the listed details in the acceptance certificates.
