They want to reduce the price of a long-term construction state contract, which allows changing its terms
The Ministry of Construction proposed to adjust the price of a long-term construction contract, in which customers have the right to change its term and (or) price in case of unforeseen circumstances. The price will be 15 million rubles and above (now-100 million rubles and above).
We remind you that you can take advantage of this opportunity if several conditions are met simultaneously: the
contract is concluded for 1 year or more;
there is a decision of the government, the highest executive body of the region or the local administration;
the planned changes to the terms of the contract do not increase the term of its execution or the price by more than 30%.
The public discussion of the project ends on July 22.
