Federal state customers have set special terms for paying contracts from 2022 to 2024

When concluding contracts in 2022-2024, federal customers must provide for a deadline for payment in them (p. 1-2 of the resolution, p. 6-7 of amendments):
7 working days-when purchasing from SMP and SONKO;
10 working days — the remaining purchases.
This condition applies if the contract does not contain a state secret and there are enough funds on the customer's personal account to pay for the obligations (p. 6-7 amendments).
Contracts, which are to be executed in December of the current year and (or) in December of the following financial years, it is necessary to specify a special payment deadline (S. 7 amended):
not later than 1 working day before the end of the current fiscal year within LBO such year or within LBO next financial year, if the performance has dropped from 1 St to 20 th inclusive;
in the next financial year within the limits of the LBO for the corresponding financial year, if the execution is scheduled from the 21st to the 31st day inclusive.
The rules for "December" contracts do not apply, in particular, in a number of purchases from a single supplier (p.8 of amendments).
The requirements for payment terms should also be taken into account in contracts for regional and municipal needs, if the obligations under them were co-financed from the federal or regional budget (p. 9 of the amendments).
Similar provisions are now provided for when concluding contracts for federal needs in 2021.
