They want to adjust the list of disposable medical products with a restriction of access to public procurement
The Ministry of Industry and Trade proposed to change the list of medical products N 2.
In most positions, the codes for OKPD2, codes for types of medical products and their classification features have changed.
Thus, the group of consumables for ventilators included consumables for anesthesia and respiratory devices. It has new codes for OKPD2, for example, 32.50.13.150, 32.50.21.121. Codes for types of medical products have become less, for example, 110230 was excluded. For each medical product, classification signs are painted.
Some items were removed from the list, for example, consumables for artificial (extracorporeal) blood circulation devices.
The note to the list has been changed. In particular, it was clarified that when setting access restrictions, the classification characteristics of the medical device must match, as well as its type code according to the nomenclature classification (or) the code according to OKPD2.
The public discussion of the project will end on June 30.
