The Ministry of Finance gave recommendations on purchases in the May non-working days
The President declared the days from 4 to 7 May inclusive non-working. In this regard, the Ministry of Finance issued an explanation. The deadline for submitting applications for public procurement, which is calculated only in working days, was recommended to customers to extend the period of non-working days.
In addition, it was clarified that the
dates of the procedures for submitting final proposals on the price of the state contract and conducting an electronic auction are automatically transferred by the operators of electronic platforms to the next working day;
the dates of construction electronic auctions due to the special provisions of Law No. 44-FZ are not postponed, they are held 4 hours after the end of the submission of applications;
other terms that expire on non-working days end on the next working day following them.;
during non-working days, banks and operators of electronic platforms carry out information interaction around the clock.
The agency sent similar recommendations to the participants and customers under the Law No. 223-FZ.
