The Ministry of Industry and Trade told how to calculate the NMCC within the quota under Law No. 44-FZ
Since the beginning of the year, a decree on the minimum share of purchases of Russian goods has been in effect. The Agency explained how to calculate the NMCC within the quota.
Step 1. Find the product in the corresponding register of Russian, Eurasian and domestic radio-electronic products.
Step 2. Send a request to at least 3 product suppliers in the GISP. It takes into account the characteristics from the KTRU (if available). Contacts should be taken from the company card.
If there are fewer companies or there is no information about them in the system, or such information is incomplete, then you should fix it. For example, take a screenshot. It should be sent to the Ministry of Industry and Trade (Metod@minprom.gov.ru). It should be noted that the agency does not explain whether in this case it is possible to send requests to suppliers not from the GISP or to use publicly available information.
A screenshot may be required to report on the inability to meet the minimum share.
Step 3. Get commercial offers from suppliers and calculate the NMCC according to the rules of Article 22 of Law No. 44-FZ.
