Centralized public procurement of office software and antivirus software for federal needs postponed until 2023

Since 2018, the decree on centralized procurement of Russian software for federal government agencies has been in effect. The government has identified a single customer: the Treasury purchases software for budget accounting, and the Ministry of Finance-antivirus software and office software.

The government has suspended these powers of the Ministry of Finance until the end of 2022.

The changes will take effect on February 7.
