There may be more foreign manufactured goods for which there is a ban on admission to public procurement
The list of prohibited foreign goods is planned to be supplemented, in particular, with the following items:
28.22.16.111 - passenger elevators;
28.25.12.110 - industrial air conditioners;
28.25.12.120 - air conditioners for vehicles;
28.25.20.110 - general purpose fans.
In addition, it is proposed to adjust one of the grounds for not applying the ban on admission. As before, this basis can be guided if one of the following conditions is met:
one unit of goods is purchased at a cost of no more than 100 thousand rubles;
a set of such goods is purchased, the total cost of which is less than 1 million rubles. (except for purchases of products specified in clauses 1 - 7, 124 and 125 of the list). Such exceptions will be supplemented with goods from paragraphs 39, 126 - 128 (as amended by the draft).
Public discussion of the project ends on September 4.
