Updated standard state contracts for the purchase of electronic, transport equipment and other procurement items

21 July 2020, Tuesday

On July 27, the order of the Ministry of industry and trade comes into force, which approved 3 updated forms of standard contracts:

- for rendering services of exhibition and fair activities;
- provision of services for diagnostics, maintenance and repair of motor vehicles;
- supply of products of the radio-electronic industry, motor vehicles, electronic lighting and industrial refrigeration equipment, as well as some office accessories, furniture for offices and trade enterprises.

The documents that currently regulate these legal relations will lose their force.

In particular, the contract form for the supply of radio-electronic industry products, motor vehicles, electronic lighting and industrial refrigeration equipment, as well as some office accessories, furniture for offices and trade enterprises was brought into compliance with the current legislation on the contract system.

So, in the section on the responsibility of the parties, we took into account the norm on calculating penalties for delay from the cost of the contract stage. We also adjusted the list of purchasing object codes for OKPD2. Now you will need to use it, for example, when purchasing using the following codes:

- 26.2 (except 26.20.9) - computers and peripherals;
- 26.4 (except 26.40.9) - household electrical engineering;
- 26.6 (except 26.60.9) - medical equipment;
- 27.9 (except 27.90.9) - other electrical equipment.

A detailed list of codes can be found in the information card (Appendix N 6 to the order) of the standard contract. There are also codes for the subject of the contract for KTRU.

There are still no restrictions on the NMC.

We remind you that you will need to apply the updated contract forms only after 30 calendar days after their placement in the EIS. Until they are placed there.
