Amendments on penalties for late payment when purchasing from MSPS under Law N 223-FZ passed the first reading

The state Duma adopted a draft law on amendments to the administrative Code of the Russian Federation in the first reading. For customers under the Law N 223-FZ, penalties are provided for violation of the payment term for goods, works, and services under the contract (its separate stage) concluded with the SMSP. For officials, the fine will be from 30 thousand to 50 thousand rubles, and for legal entities — from 50 thousand to 100 thousand rubles.
