The Ministry of Finance proposed to additionally support small and medium-sized businesses in public procurement

The Ministry's website reported that the government has sent proposals to support small and medium-sized businesses with their participation in public procurement.
It is planned that the mandatory share of purchases from SMP and SONKO will double: from 15% to 30% of the total annual volume of purchases.
In addition, they want to extend the advantages that small businesses currently have to medium-sized businesses. These advantages include, in particular, a shorter payment period for the state contract.
If the proposals are supported, the corresponding changes will be made to the package of amendments that was previously sent to the government.
