From June 28, it will be necessary to apply a standard state contract for the supply of food

A model contract was placed at UIS on May 28. It will need to be used if the procurement item relates, in particular, to the following OKPD2 codes:
12/01 (except 12/01/10/120) - rice not peeled;
01.41.2 - raw milk of cattle;
03.11.2 - fresh or chilled sea fish, which is not a product of fish farming.
A complete list of codes can be found in the information card of the standard contract.
There are no restrictions on the size of NMCC.
