The department of analysis and ensuring of centralized purchasing

THE MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT:

- develops proposals, activities, methodological and instructional materials:

- collection and consolidation of information of state customers of the Republic of Tatarstan on placing orders for the supply of goods, works, services for the state needs of the Republic of Tatarstan;

- formation of an annual plan for placing orders;

- collection and analysis of information on the results of the auction;

- examination of prices for goods, works and services for state needs of the Republic of Tatarstan, characteristics of goods, works, services purchased by state customers of the Republic of Tatarstan;

- monitoring of markets of goods, works and services in order to determine the level of prices of potential suppliers, contractors (contractors) of works and services for the state needs of the Republic of Tatarstan;

- formation and maintenance of up-to-date databases on prices, goods and services purchased centrally for the state needs of the Republic of Tatarstan;

- preparation independently or together with other structural divisions of the offer on change or cancellation (recognition become invalid) of orders and other regulations of the State Committee;

- participation in the development of proposals to improve public administration in the sphere of activities of The state Committee and to clarify the powers of the State Committee;

- generalization, together with other structural units, of the practice of centralized order placement, develops proposals for its improvement and submits them to the management of the State Committee;

- implementation of other functions in accordance with the regulations on the Department and other acts of the state Committee.
