The department of centralized purchasing
THE MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT:
- organizes the placement of orders for supply of goods, performance of works, rendering of services for state needs of the Republic of Tatarstan, the needs of budgetary institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the needs of other customers of the Republic of Tatarstan (further - delivery of goods, performance of works, rendering of services), including:
- preparation of proposals on the method of placing an order for the supply of goods, works and services;
- formation of orders for the supply of goods, works, services;
- preparation of projects, tender documentation, project documentation on carrying out of open auctions in electronic form, projects of documents on carrying out of inquiry of quotations;
- placing orders for the supply of goods, works and services;
- ensuring the activities of the Unified Commission on placing orders for the supply of goods, performance of works, provision of services;
- placement on the official site of the Russian Federation in the information and telecommunication "Internet" for placement of information on placement of orders for delivery of goods, performance of works, rendering services of information on open competitions, open auctions in electronic form and requests of quotations;
- training independently or jointly with other structural subdivisions of the proposals to change or cancellation (annulment) of the orders and other normative acts of the State Committee;
- participation in the development of proposals to improve public administration in the sphere of activities of The state Committee and to clarify the powers of the State Committee;
- generalization together with other structural divisions of practice of the centralized order placement and development of offers on its improvement, their introduction on consideration of the management of the State Committee;
- implementation of other functions in accordance with the regulations on the Department and other acts of the state Committee.
