The Federal Law of 04.06.2014 № 140-FL "About changes in the Federal Law " About the contract system in the sphere of procurement, works and services for state and municipal needs " was published. This Federal Law start work on the day of its official publication. The text of the federal law can be found here.
Federal law passed by the State Duma on 23 May 2014 and approved by the Council of Federation on 28 May 2014.
In this project proposes to introduce the term " bank contract servicing," which means to conduct monitoring of bank accounts with the supplier (contractor, performer), between subcontractors, sharing the results of this monitoring to the customer, and as well as the possibility the other bank services.
