Introduced rules for the preparation of the report about the purchases amount from small business entity and socially-oriented non-profit organization

The procedure for the preparation of a report on the amount of customer purchases from small business entity and socially-oriented non-profit organizations and its placement in the Union information system (the official website).
Approved report form and requirements for its completion. In particular, the customer is obliged to indicate the amount of purchases from small business entity and socially-oriented non-profit organizations. In addition, it should reflect the total amount of the initial (maximum) contract price of failed procurement procedures involving only small business entity and socially-oriented non-profit organization, the results of which the contract has not been concluded or has been concluded with a single supplier on the basis of n. 25 h. 1, Art. 93 of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL.
Considered the rules and report form approved by the Russian Federation Government Decree 17.03.2015 N 238, which entered into force March 20, 2015
We remind you that this report for 2014 customers should be prepared and placed in the Union information system (the official website) to 01.04.2015
Important!
Unplaced official client (authority) to the Union information system (the official website) of the report may result in the imposition of an official of a fine of 50 thousand rubles, On a legal entity - 500 thousand rubles (p. 3 v. 7.30 of the Administrative Code).
